It’s no secret that George Soros is not a fan of Donald Trump. But on Thursday, the billionaire hedge fund manager found some particularly harsh words for the incoming U.S. president, calling him an imposter, a con man and a would-be dictator. “I personally am convinced that he is going to fail. Not because of people like me who would like him to fail. But because his ideas that guide him are inherently self-contradictory and the contradictions are actually already embodied by his advisers,” Soros said at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The Hungarian-born American investor, who founded Central European University in Budapest, is convinced global markets will falter because of this uncertainty. “Right now uncertainty is at the peak,” Soros said. “I don’t think the markets are going to do very well.”
