Christian Lindner, head of the Free Democrats, shared a list of plans agreed on with the Christian Democrats and the Greens. The three parties launched talks to form a new government and according to the list, they will keep the budget balanced, cut taxes for lower earners, and cut subsidies that counteract climate change policies.
