Handelsblatt Global Account

Your Handelsblatt Global account can be accessed with your registered email address and your password on our sign in page.

Your email address can be updated in your Handelsblatt Global account settings. You can also send a change request to service@handelsblattglobal.com.

To update your Handelsblatt Global account information, please click here to log in on the website. Please note this section is not accessible through the app.

Subscription

Your subscription package determines whether there is an automatic extension. Please access your Handelsblatt Global account here to verify your subscription package and, if needed, to renew your subscription. You can cancel your subscription up to 1 day before the end of the billing cycle.

Only subscribers have full access to our website and all text, audio and video content, as well as the archive. Subscribers also have convenient mobile access through apps.

Payment is accepted from the following card types: Visa, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal. At this time we are unable to accept Alipay, Wechat Pay or checks.

The order acknowledgement email received when you initially subscribe is the receipt for your subscription. You can download it as a PDF. VAT is already included.

If you can’t find your email anymore or deleted it, it is always possible to request a new receipt from our customer service team via email at service@handelsblattglobal.com or call at +49 (0)211-887-2727, 8:00-18:00 CEST.
